Argonaut is one of Cricket Wireless’s principle advertising agencies. Each quarter, the agency creates a 360 campaign that is grounded in a TV spot. Recently, Argonaut has made spots that feature real life Cricket customers giving positive testimonials about their Cricket experience. For the first and second quarters of 2024, my team was asked to create digital content with a social native look & feel using footage from the testimonial TV commercials. This is departure from the cutdowns and lime-green offer cards the brand always used.
The Vision
Cricket customers are multidimensional, and so are their stories. To honor this, we created a moving grid with dynamic frames, giving viewers a fun and unique way to see our customers’ interests and personalities. To give these grids a social native aesthetic, we depended on artistic b-roll footage, voice overs and singling out brand-supporting customer quotes .
