DC and Unilever came together to celebrate Wonder Woman’s 80th Anniversary by asking fans from all around the country to nominate women in their lives that create Real Wonder in their own communities. After a nation-wide search, Dove and TRESemmé celebrated 80 women who created Real Wonder and highlighted four heroes via video vignettes that mixed interview footage, full bleed photography, and video wall with photos and graphics.

As the visual creative lead, I art directed and designed every facet of this multi-channel campaign. This involved creating CTA Nomination videos, art directing photo shoots, overseeing graphics for a video wall and vignettes, and designing a campaign website.

To gather nominations, we created call to action videos that were launched on DC, Wonder Woman and Unilever’s social channels. For this, I art directed  remote photoshoots, designed all graphics and oversaw a motion graphics artist to animate and edit the entire video.

After choosing 80 heroes, we featured two heroes to represent Dove and two women to represent TRESemmé in their journey to spreading Real Wonder. We documented a day in the life of each woman in a photo series.

To tell each woman’s story, we mixed interview footage, full bleed photography, and video wall photos/graphics. I chose the make-up, wardrobe and hair direction as well as created the content on the photo walls itself.
